Details on the 2011 Chevy Cruze slip out ahead of the LA Auto Show

The 2011 Chevrolet Cruze, due out around the middle of next year, is the very well designed replacement for the current Cobalt. The Cruze features some impressive sheetmetal, as well as a well trimmed out interior. It is also expected to hit somewhere in the 40 mpg range on the EPA test circuit. The SS badge will return to select few Chevrolet models…ya know, ones that are actually Super Sports…

There are only three vehicles in Chevrolet’s current lineup to wear the legendary SS badge; the 2010 Camaro, Cobalt and HHR. Only having three models might not sound like much, but at least these cars can perform to back it up. Could we be seeing more SS badged vehicles in the future? Lets hope a version of the new Caprice police interceptor comes to the States available for sale to the public with an SS model to follow. For more, head on over to Autoblog.
The U.S. version of the Chevrolet Cruze to debut at the LA Auto Show!

GM has released a press…release, that states their intention to debut the United States version of the Chevrolet Cruze. This car looks miles better than the current Cobalt it replaces, not to mention the Cruze is expected to get around 40 miles per gallon!
