Cash for Clunkers is really helping the economy…Japan’s economy.

How so? Well on the list of thee the most purchased cars, 8 are from foreign brands. I would just like to thank our incredible government for yet again botching what could have been a real boom to the LOCAL DOMESTIC ECONOMY. They set aside 3 billion U.S. Dollars and people decided, “man, I feel bad for people in Japan. Things aren’t going well, they’re becoming too crowded, and they are having trouble selling cars. I know! I’ll get that government rebate thing and go buy a sweet new Corolla! Why not? They’re made by the company with the second best initial quality (behind Ford) and the Corolla is less fuel efficient than the Chevrolet Cobalt. Sounds like a great idea!”
All I can say is, our country is full of idiots. Good luck Japan, I hope the billions we send you every year help out with your economic troubles over there.
