Finally some good news for the folks in Michigan!  General Motors is planning to announce today that they have chosen the Orion Township assembly plant over the factories in Tennessee and Wisconsin to build a new small, fuel-efficient car.  This move should save about 1200 jobs in the area.  GM has stated that the plant will be used to build up to 160,000 small vehicles.  For more details, head on over to The Detroit Free Press.
